If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and have placed your order by means of distance selling, e.g. by post, telephone, e-mail or via our online shop, you may withdraw from the contract concluded or a contractual declaration made within 14 working days of receipt of the delivered goods in accordance with § 5e of the Consumer Protection Act. Saturday does not count as a working day. The withdrawal does not have to contain any reasons and is to be declared in text form; the punctual dispatch suffices to meet the deadline. The goods must be returned properly packed, undamaged and with the original invoice.

The customer shall bear or reimburse the costs of returning the goods.
